Username & Password Authentication Configuration

Log in to your Rapidproxy Dashboard.
Navigate to: Proxies → Unlimited Residential Proxies → Use Proxy → Proxy Generator

Note: If you have not yet created a username and password, please create a user first before proceeding with the configuration.

Click the [Select a Server] dropdown menu and choose a server.

Under the [Authentication Method] section, select [Username Authentication].
From the [Username] dropdown menu, select the user account you want to use.

Under [Location & Protocol Settings], choose your preferred target location from the [Continent / Country] dropdown menus.

Rapidproxy supports the following proxy protocols:
HTTP/ HTTPS/ SOCKS5
Navigate to the [Location & Protocol Settings] section.
Click the [Protocol] dropdown menu.Select the protocol that best fits your application requirements.

Note: Ensure the selected protocol is compatible with your software, browser, scraper, or automation tool.
Rapidproxy Unlimited Residential Proxies support Sticky Sessions, allowing you to maintain the same IP address for a specified duration.
Locate the [Session Settings] section.
Enter your desired session duration.
The assigned residential IP will remain unchanged throughout the configured session period.

Review and verify all selected parameters.
Copy the automatically generated proxy credentials provided by Rapidproxy, including:
Test Command
Host : Port : Username : Password
Formatted Output (optional)
Note: All proxy credentials and connection parameters are generated automatically based on your selected authentication method, location, protocol, and session settings.
