# Hidemium

### **Step 1: Obtain Proxy Information**

Log in to the RapidProxy dashboard, go to **【Static Residential lP Management】**, and obtain the proxy information:

**IP Address : Port : Username : Password**

### **Step 2: Configure the Proxy in Hidemium**

#### **1. Create a New Proxy Profile**

Click **【Add Profile】** to begin creating a new configuration profile.

#### **2. Configure Proxy Settings**

In the **【Proxy】** section, locate the **【Your Proxy】** field and select **【HTTP】** as the proxy type.\
Paste the proxy information provided by Rapidproxy (including IP address, port, username, and password) into the corresponding fields.

Note: This example uses HTTP. Please be aware that RapidProxy supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols.

**3. Test the Proxy Connection**

* Click **【Check Proxy】** to verify if the proxy connection is working properly.

If the connection is successful, detailed proxy information will be displayed. This means the proxy setup is complete.

* Click **【Create profile】** to save the configuration.

#### **4. Start Using the Proxy**

Click **【Start】** to activate the configured proxy environment.

You can now safely and securely browse the internet using Hidemium.
